Getting Started with Codeless Sync
Learn how to get started with Codeless Sync and sync API provider data to your PostgreSQL database.
Getting Started with Codeless Sync
Welcome to Codeless Sync! This guide will help you get started with automatically synchronizing your API provider data to your PostgreSQL database.
What is Codeless Sync?
Codeless Sync (CLS) is a no-code platform that automates data synchronization between API providers (like Stripe, Shopify, PayPal) and PostgreSQL databases (Supabase, Neon, and other providers). Instead of writing custom code to keep your data in sync, you simply configure CLS to handle it for you.
Key Features
- No Coding Required - Set up syncs through an intuitive dashboard
- Automatic Synchronization - Schedule syncs or trigger manually
- Monitor Progress - Monitor sync progress with updates
- Multiple Data Types - Sync customers, invoices, subscriptions, and more
- Secure & Reliable - Your credentials (connection strings and API keys) are encrypted and stored securely
How It Works
CLS follows a simple 3-step process: Connect → Configure → Sync
-
Connect Your Accounts
- Add your provider API key
- Link your PostgreSQL database (setup guide)
-
Configure Syncs
- Choose what data to sync (customers, invoices, etc.)
- Create the table in your database
- Confirms connection
-
Start Syncing
- Trigger manual syncs anytime
- Set up automated schedules (Premium plans)
- Monitor progress
What You'll Need
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A PostgreSQL database (Supabase, Neon, or other provider)
- An API provider account (Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, etc.) with API access
- Your provider API key (test or live mode)
- Your database connection string - see setup guide
